The Triangle was looking for custom print collateral that would truly help them stand out from the competition and match well with the high end details of the building and their different audiences. The pocket folder brochure features a landscape orientation with strikethrough gloss cover effects, metallic inks and luxurious soft-touch paper details, meant for those serious about exploring what The Triangle has to offer. A smaller fold-out style brochure, designed as a cost-effective solution for distribution to large groups, maintains the high-end look and design of the pocket folder brochure, but at roughly one third of the size. These brochures, along with new website and stationary designs, have helped The Triangle establish a unique and sophisticated brand presence within the competitive Austin senior living market.
