As principal and design director, Tim leads the firm with nearly 30 years of diverse communication and experiential design experience. With his design career focused on communication and experiential design, combined with an entrepreneurial spirit and the passion to create innovative solutions, he provides guidance to clients and leads, serves, and inspires our teams to help drive our clients measurable results. With his involvement in Janke’s award-winning multi-disciplined campaign work for start-up’s, product launches, corporations, and built environments, Tim also has an experiential graphics portfolio that includes work on retail and hospitality projects throughout the Pacific Rim, and aviation, themed environments, entertainment, mixed-use, retail, hospitality, corporate, and higher education throughout the U.S.

As the 1999 founding principal and award winning designer, with nearly 30 years of experience, Kamela plays either a design, programming or project management role with the experiential graphics projects, while also holding the firms office and contracts administrator positions. She has created successful communication and experiential graphics programs for high profile clients throughout the U.S. Her previous work includes numerous mixed-use, civic, transportation, healthcare, corporate, higher education and brand development projects. She earned her BA in Design, with a minor in Package Design, from Texas Tech University. She has received accolades from the Society of Experiential Graphic Design, American Graphic Design, Print and Identity magazines, as well as This Way: Signage Design for Public Spaces.

As Associate and Senior Designer, Adam has over 10 years experience in communication design and experiential graphics, planning, and account management for local and national clients. From a wide range of high-profile naming, integrated brand identity campaigns and website strategies, to large-scale marketing campaigns, exhibit design, and an exceptional portfolio of experiential graphics programs, his versatility, client interaction, and design talents benefit clients. Adam is a native Texan and earned a BFA degree from Texas State University’s ComDes program, where he also received numerous design awards.

Sheryl handles all things numbers and accounting related for Jankedesign. She manages to keep multiple balls in the air while providing excellent customer service. Sheryl earned a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California Polytechnic State University and began her accounting career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP. She has nearly two decades of accounting, financial management, and reporting experience that she currently leverages to help small and mid-size businesses achieve their goals.

Vincent Salas is president of SPR, a full service public relations practice. He is an industry award-winning communication professional with a strategic understanding of brand development and management, media relations, constituency relations, employee communication, crisis management, philanthropy, online web development, advertising, and public policy campaigns. During his career with AT&T, Vincent was instrumental in developing the company’s globalization efforts in Latin America, and was recognized by the International Public Relations Association for his accomplishments in establishing the AT&T brand in Mexico. He also supported the company’s business development efforts in the early transformation of AT&T from a long-distance enterprise to a communications company that offered voice, data, wireless and broadband services. A native Texan, Vincent is a Journalism graduate of The University of Texas at Austin.

From developing brand messaging and positioning to executing it across websites, collateral, PR and event assets, Beth helps companies communicate effectively with their various audiences.

Craig Andrews is the Principal Ally and founder of digital marketing agency allies4me and brings extensive scientific and marketing expertise to the table. Over the last 25 years, Craig’s experience has spanned disciplines and industries including search engine optimization, conversion optimization, internet marketing software, biomedical and semiconductors. He came to conversion optimization via SEO, by trying to respond to Google’s desire to rank the best pages on the Internet. He found conversion optimization to be an effective way to measure that by showing how well people interact with page content. Craig is an expert in building SEO, PPC, email and lead nurturing strategies that convert visitors into customers.

Peter KingWeb Strategist / Developer

Since graduating with a BFA in Design from the University of Texas at Austin, Peter has two decades of experience in the creative industry. He has designed, developed and managed over 120 websites, for a plethora of brands, from small boutique web brochures to national brand storefronts. As the web world evolves, his focus these days is on the user interface design, multi-media campaigns, custom web applications, content management systems and SEO. In his down time, Peter spends time with his family and coaches volleyball.
