Travaasa Destinations Experiential Hotel brand. The 70 room Travaasa Hotel location, is nestled on 69 shoreline acres in the isolated, picturesque area of Hana, Maui -- The first hotel destination, located in Austin, Texas, signage program was also designed by Jankedesign.

Jan 11 – Texas Master Plan Report gets a Make-Over
Jankedesign completed the design of the Texas Facility Commission's 190+ page full-color Master Plan Report. TFC manages 28.2 million sq. ft. of real estate assets supporting the needs of more than 100 agencies throughout Texas cities at a total cost of $230 million per year.

Cockrell School of Engineering building project, located on the campus the The University of Texas at Austin.
The new building will be a state of the art building for the Electrical Engineering Research Center.

Jankedesign has been hired to create a comprehensive wayfinding program for their newest Scott and White hospital development located in College Station, Texas. The project will be a 4-story, 316,500 sq. ft, 140 bed General Acute Care Hospital on 72 Acres. For the seventh straight year, Scott & White has been ranked among the Thomson 100 Top Hospitals in the country.
Jul 10 – Transforming Brand and Signage Program for Mixed-Use Center
Jankedesign has designed the identity and signage program for College Park, the University of Texas at Arlington's 3 city block, $80 million, mixed-used development expected to play a significant role in building the life of the city via this urban living and shopping destination. The project will include campus residences and apartment units wrapped around a 1,800-vehicle parking garage, with street-level restaurant, retail and offices. The project is just north of UTA's new 6,500-seat special events College Park Center. According to The Princeton Review, UTA was named one of the best colleges in the West.

has developed over 2,500 units, in six states, representing in excess of $400 million value. Jankedesign has provided graphic design services for identity, paper systems, marketing brochures
and websites for their two most recent Texas projects, with the latest being The Village at the Woodlands Waterway, a 207 apartments, 250,000 sq. ft. development.
May 10 – Holistic Graphic Design Program Strengthens the Brand
Jankedesign has designed the complete interior and exterior environmental graphic design program for the $2 million Central Health headquarters renovation in Austin, Texas.
The new environmental graphic design program reinforced the timely unveiling of Central Health's new identity program. Central Health creates access to healthcare for those in need.
May 10 – Previous Museum Project Receives AIGA Award
The University of Texas at Austin's Harry Ransom Center renovation project was recognized
in the traveling 2010 AIGA Texas Show, for it's specialty graphics. Tim Janke was the project's
senior environmental graphic designer and project manager (while working for fd2s and collaborating with Lake|Flato Architects).
Receiving over 500 entries, the project took Best of Category in the specialty graphics category. The Center's collections contain millions of leaves of manuscripts, rare books and photos, and 100,000 works of art.
Jan 10 – College Implements Exterior Sign Program
Receiving the City of Fort Worth's Downtown Design Review Board approval, Jankedesign completes the design documentation for the $238 million Tarrant County College - Trinity River Campus' exterior signage program. The program will be a highly visible extension of TCC's brand, directing and identifying to the 5 block, 7 building, downtown campus.

Jankedesign has been selected to provide Environmental Graphic Design services for the renowned Austin City Limits new state-of-the-art recording and broadcast, $30 million, 2,000-seat facility in downtown Austin's central business district. Teamed with the architectural firms Jacobs and Polshek Partners, Jankedesign was selected as the Environmental Graphics consultant for the University of North Texas' 180,000 sq. ft. distinctive Business Leadership Building. The UNT College of Business is one of the largest colleges of business in the nation, with a projected college size of 7,500 students and 140 faculty.

Jankedesign, has been selected as the graphics consultant on the Lake | Flato, Kell Muños and Ellerbe Becket architectural team, who was awarded the $125 million San Antonio Federal Courthouse project, which was sought after by over 80 firms nationwide.

Jankedesign was selected as the Environmental Graphic Design firm for the City of Round Rock's new Intermodal Transit Facility project, in Round Rock, Texas. The $2.7 milliion facility is the first of it's kind in Round Rock, with future plans of expansion as the City implements it's new Master Plan.

Understanding their goals and in-house needs, Jankedesign worked closely, in the research and development stage of the design process, with ASI-Dallas to arrive at their new TCC Trinity River sign standard. Mar 08 – Nature Preserve Program Strictly for the Birds!
Jankedesign receives commission for the environmental graphic design and interpretive graphics program for the 1,200 acre Port Aransas Nature Preserve Master Plan, in Port Aransas, Texas, along the Gulf of Mexico. The Preserve provides protection of the natural area to be used in a sustainable manner for aesthetic enjoyment, as well as recreational, educational, and scientific purposes. The EGD program and interpretive displays will encompass the upland trails, elevated boardwalks, viewing towers, guided trails, camping, and an information/education center.
Mar 08 – Hikers, Bikers and Climbers "Rock Out" at Park.
Milton Reimers Ranch Park, located along the Pedernales River, outside of Austin, Texas, is the newest addition to the Travis County Park System. Jankedesign has been commissioned to provide environmental graphic design services for the interpretive, storytelling, and overall park sign design program. The well-loved park offers 18 miles of competitive biking trails, world class rock climbing, fishing, hiking, wildlife/nature observation, and picnicking with deep canyons and panoramic views of Texas Hill Country.
Mar 08 – Buckaroo Round-Up Corrals Big Fish!
The theme was "WESTWARD HO" as Jankedesign’s new Associate, Senior Designer returned to Texas after a four year hiatus on the beaches of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Jim Rucker, a veteran Environmental Graphic Designer, with extensive national and international experience, was lured to Austin by promises of all the BBQ he could carry. Jim decided that he was through with his crustacean diet and headed back to Texas for some serious beef… and serious design work! Welcome Jim.

Upon completion of the brand, Jankedesign transformed the identity into 3-D sculptural identification portals, with multi-tenant listings, acting as placemaking devices for visitors.

Jankedesign announces the recent completion of an extensive signage design package for the expansion of the award-winning Tampa International Airport Economy Parking Garage. The $1.4 million signage program lives in the 6-level, 5,500 space, $70 million garage, making use of multiple, highly detailed, wayfinding methodology with car count equipment and lane control devices, adding to a highly successful, user friendly garage – more popular than the on-site garage.
